Because this service is time intensive on my part, and because I provide personalized services to each client, I limit the number of Digital Organization clients that I take.

Digital Organization

Your only job – literally – is to sit back and think of all of the places where you have stored images. (I will even give you a series of questions that will help jog your memory.) 

I will come to your home and immediately back up all of your images, onsite, so that you’re never without them. 

I then return to my studio and organize your images chronologically, rename them by date (no more unhelpful IMG38574 names!), and ensure they’re in the right printing format. 

With less than one hour of your time, you’ll receive archived, renamed images that are backed up in three places: on an external hard drive (yours to keep), on an archival DVD (also yours to keep) and in a cloud (subscription not included, but I will give you suggestions on cost-effective cloud solutions). 

As my gift to you, you’ll also receive a checklist and simple suggestions for how to organize your images going forward. 

If you are a new Glass Elephant Digital Photo Organization client, this full service – organizing your family’s cache of memories, backing them up and giving you an external hard drive and archival DVD, with the checklist and simple organizing solutions to help you going forward – is $449. 

If you’re returning, it’s a $99 yearly refresher.

Curating & Printing

Imagine doing what I remember doing as a little girl (and what actually inspired me to provide this service): sitting around your kitchen table with people that you love, passing physical photograph after photograph around. 

Laughing at this moment, at that sweater, at his smirk. Remembering that trip, that friend, that day.

Sharing those memories, and honoring those moments.

Touching those images, one after the other, together. 

By printing these images, you give yourself a tangible reminder of all of the memories you have created. 

You show your family just how much you have seen – with your eyes, and with your heart.

But printing all of those images takes time – time to sort, time to upload, time to process, time to research printers and paper….

Let me help. I want to make it easy for you.

I’m not just an organizer – I’m a photographer. It’s my job to know what to print and how to print it well. I have the software to sort quickly and the eye to quickly determine which images are keepers. I have relationships with printers and the knowledge that comes from years of experience printing images, creating albums, and hanging photographs in my clients’ homes.

With no additional time on your part, you and your family will have a full - but curated - collection of 4x6 printed photographs, organized by date and presented in beautiful storage boxes. I look at every single one of your images, identify the ones that capture the essence of your family, and print the ones that pass the, “As a mother, would I want to keep this one?” test. I de-duplicate and sift through all your digital photos to highlight the ones that tell the story of your family.

You’ll know that your images are professionally printed, organized, and at your fingertips - both digitally and tangibly - in a format that’s both beautiful and convenient. I provide this service to you for $199 per 1000 uncurated images.

Heirloom quality exhibits

Have you always wanted an album that will tell your family’s story through the years but haven’t had the time to devote to it? Maybe you’ve been overwhelmed by the scope of the project, or by all of the choices you have to make.

With my years of experience creating albums, I can help you create an album that will stand the test of time – without the whole process taking more than an hour of yours. You can select your album size and cover, your “must include” images, or leave the entire project up to me.

Life Book: $649

Imagine the images that you have taken – the memories that you have captured – in an album that will tell your family’s story. Your loved ones will be able to see their lives through your eyes – your love displayed for them to see forever. These are a great choice for yearly highlights and baby books, and work well as add-ons to yearly refreshers.

Moment in Time Book: $349

Moment In Time Books are a perfect choice for families who want to show the highlights of a certain event like a vacation, a professional photography session, or a day-in-the-life compilation of images.
